"This is a lovely community. I don't live here but would've really liked to. Due to unfortunate circumstances at this time it's not possible. I do want to say thank you to the office staff, Katerina and Laura the office manager who have really gone above and beyond to to accommodate me and help me in any way possible. I really look forward to reapplying in the future when I'm in a better position. If you're looking for a place to call home then Raystone is for you. Lori"

"This apartment is close to several grocery stores and restaurants. The community manager is great. If anything needs fixing, it's fixed in a timely manner. Clean, near the freeway, reasonably priced."

"I stay here with my bf sometimes and the pool is nice the hot tub is rarely warm tho, there is a issue with my neighbors beside me on both sides, they are always loud and leave the house at all walks of night everyone’s loud and you can hear everything. But- the lay outs nice with we could have a light in the bedroom but idk this place is ghetto. If your reading these reviews and your a young adult looking for a reasonable price then this is the place but if you want something “nice” it’s not here. Anyway the view is pretty in the morning and at night, it’s very calming"

"Ever since the new management took over it has definitely improved. They are always available and return calls. The Maintenance team is always kind and come through so quick in any regular need or emergency. Truly surprised and grateful for the new management, this place would have so many different inconsistencies in the past. New owners so often nothing ever got done. Feels nice to have consistency, Laura and her team are always engaged in everything that is going on."
