"After living here for a year, I couldn't wait to move out after the first month. The office staff is rude and rarely answers phone calls but when they do, they are very unprofessional. AC or chiller system was down constantly during the summer, with the office staff constantly giving misleading information about it being fixed. Hot water was constantly off during the winter, a lot of times with no explanation or a misleading explanation. It took 4 months for a maintenance request to be done which the office blamed on them implementing their new system even though the request was done prior. Took the office 4 months to even credit my security deposit to my account but only after I had to call their corporate office now they refuse to provide any kind of update about reimbursing my security deposit even though I've been moved out for almost a month. The property is constantly dirty with terrible rules in place for parking which is first come first serve, and the tenants that do live there have zero control over their kids, loud music constantly playing with zero consideration for anybody as the music can be heard through the walls making the entire living room shake, and tenants constantly fighting breaking things. I do not recommend this place for anybody to live in as it's disgusting. Update. Still haven't reimbursed my security deposit after being moved out almost 3 months. They did attempt to mail it out but they're so idiotic, they mailed it to their own address. Multiple phone calls and emails, still nothing. Wait till I file a lawsuit against your complex. So unprofessional. Don't believe the fake reviews on here from people. This place is terrible ."

The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to assist with any concerns, I can tell they truly care about creating a positive living environment for their residents. "been at this apartment for 5 plus years. have brown water leaking from my bathroom put in about 10 work orders never been fixed. had to stay at an hotel because the ac wasnt working. nevet been reimbursed. whoever is running this place should not be running a business. healthe department should take notice. trash is allowed to be placed all over the complaex Good Housing and Better business bureau should be ashamed of apartmemt complexes like this and others"

"Every other time I drive by this apartment complex there's always people fighting just outside or within the apartment complex. Once while I was driving, a fight escalated from the apt complex to the street as two guys slugged at each other into oncoming traffic. And the fact it's next to a high school? I wouldn't let my kids go to that high school for the sole reason of the proximity to this complex. The school should petition the city to get this place closed down. I'm not even going to get into the fact that it's so obviously a slumlord special just from the street view. I'll leave the actual tenants up to that, which they've clearly already done. Thanks for ruining the neighborhood."

"I moved in about 2 months ago and have had nothing but bad experiences with the place. When I moved in I turned in my paperwork with everything that was wrong with the apartment and 2 months later no one has came to fix a single thing. There was about a week where we were left with no AC and had to stay at a friends house because the apartment was almost 100 degrees. Last night me and my partner got home about 11 pm to find the fire and police departments had broken our front door because there was a toilet leak that had gone down to the first floor (we live on the third floor). Today maintenance came and did nothing for us just walked in to try and see if the toilet was clogged and left. We slept the night with no front door in such a terrible area and today when we tried going to the office to talk to someone about replacing the door, sure enough the office is closed for training and no one is picking up the phone. This is ridiculous. No one has even came to clean up any of the water on the floor we had to figure out how to dry it up on our own"
