"Honestly the worst place I have ever lived. They lied about what my apartment would look like. The website says there’s a gym/fitness center but there isn’t. They have a playground for kids but I wouldn’t consider that a gym or fitness center. Management absolutely SUCKS. I sent multiple emails regarding different subjects and I never got a reply, the office is rarely ever open. There were times when I would have to wait outside to see if they would open. The building I was in had a roach infestation. Asked them to come fumigate multiple times and they only came once. There’s always some construction going on or the water being shut off and it was so annoying. Never got my security deposit back even though I turned in my apartment in probably a better shape than how it was given to me. Save your money and go look elsewhere. This place is NOT worth it."

"Please don’t rent here it will be the worst mistake of your life! The management is a joke very unprofessional and they are scamming people saying damages were done and charging $4000 plus. Absolutely no damages where done at all and the apt was left cleaned. They refused to show proof or give an itemized statement of damages. When we moved in there where roaches and the toilet didn’t work properly. They don’t even deserve the one star rating."

"Too bad I can't give a lower rating, this is a terrible place to live. If you want a home and to live peacefully, NEVER choose this place... I just moved in with my husband last month and from the first day they gave us a bathroom without a door, windows without their shadow, a horrible place, I took a deep breath and thought, It may be better later... the worst came when the disgusting cockroaches started coming out of their nests, we filed the report and even though they said they fumigated the cockroaches they always appear... 3 weeks after we moved in someone broke the window of our vehicle while it was parked in our assigned parking lot, the car next to us also had its window broken and the neighbor told us that several things were stolen, I went to the office and the staff is disgusting, they say that this happens everywhere that it is normal, where did I live before? It never happened, I told her and the lady said she doubts it, they are people who don't make the slightest effort to provide good service, I asked them to change my parking and they say they can't because they already have their map designed. I wrote an email to the "property manager" asking her to tell me how to proceed to cancel the contract and a week later she did not answer, she did not even show her face when I was in the office, they charge $25 for valet trash and we have had to bring our own trash to the dump, moving here has been the worst of our decisions..."
