"Brix is pretty awesome. The building is pretty much brand new, clean and well maintained. The team is super polite and willing to help. Dominic, Noemi and Ramon have always been a pleasure and are super quick to jump on any needs I’ve had. Plus, this place has a duck hunter arcade and a pool table, can’t beat that. :)"

"Great apartment complex! We were drawn to to the vibe and amenities, but the staff are what really make it a nice place to live. Gina and Spencer go over and above in ensuring things are running as they should be. Dominic, Ramon, and Noemi are always gracious and go out of their way to make things right. Jenny does a great job keeping the common areas clean, and she always has a smile! I would say the only downfall are some of the tenants themselves. There are many times where we are walking into the building and people are taking their dog out, and then leave the waste! There are literally doggy stations EVERYWHERE. Onetime, my husband asked one of them if they were planning on picking up after their dog and after a blank stare....she stated that she cannot touch the bags. Gimme a break......They leave their pet waste for the staff to pickup. People that cannot pick up after their animals should not have them, the staff are not your Mommy and Daddy! Other than that, we love it here!"

"I just toured Brix with Noemi. First, she is AMAZING!! The property is lovely and the apartments are so spacious. It is what you think of when you think of a luxury apartment. They offer so much to residents and are doing things to improve what is not working. So it sounds like the feedback given is being heard and they are doing what they can to make things better. I think that is the best thing you can ask for in apartment because they will never be perfect but improvement and communication is important. I don't live here yet but there is a good chance I will :)"
