"Surreal experience was only there for an interview, which was for the Biltmore Condominium property but the company they work for were over interviews. When I arrived I was early because I wanted to see were I'd potentially be working, then shot over to the Phoenix Towers I received so many emails focused on one location and then other location. The man who let me in was shocked and gave me another application so I waited after filing out and the women who came to get me looked spooked it caught me off guard wasn't scared was just shocked how her eyes looked. Then walked to back room to meet hiring manager I didn't realize then how racial that interview would become, she told "We can't hire you for this location we older resident's that wouldn't like that" and the other woman says "We have a more diverse and younger crowed so diverse not like here" looking at my resume and history asked the same questions and when I answered felt ignored then the comment "I think she's nervous cause were both writing". Not at all because my interview turned into their ladies chat as if I wasn't there in the room! Was told I would get a call or email truth wasn't holding breath received neither equipped for the job but if it meant dealing with tension no thank you. I use to hear great things about the towers now changed rental agreement. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to live or have relatives live there if they are not them."
