"FPI Management took over property management services for this community a few weeks ago. I received two notices from leasing that states we owe a balance totaling $24.04. I spoke to leasing who advised me that they do not have my renters insurance declaration page and requested it be emailed to them so that they can remove the charge. I sent the requested information but received another notice. When questioned, the community manager told me that I needed to email Foxen a copy of my declaration page to have the insurance premium waived. However, my lease requires that I provide the PM with a copy of my insurance policy. I am confused why the residents are required to do the leasing office's job for them. The community manager is rude and threatened to call the police on my daughter when she went to the office to find out what is going on because she was being "loud". She was rude and told my daughter that she would not speak to her. My daughter is an attorney and helps me work out issues like this. She was not yelling but her voice carries. When trying to explain this to the Community Manager, she disregarded it which made the situation uncomfortable. The community manager expects me to email a company a copy of my policy and it makes me uncomfortable because the lease clearly requires I provide this information to the leasing office."
"It's affordable & aesthetic however it's definitely kinda clapboard once you know how to spot flippers mistakes. It's under new management & they're fixing alot of the damage including a whole floor that cannot be rented for safety reasons. So far the new landlord seems to be a good one so in the future I see the place doing better & it is an over all quiet place to live for the price point it is."
"If I could rate it lower I could. My work truck has been broken into 6 times and now they locked my engine out for trying to wire it so much no matter where i park. I keep it clean for my kids everyday but There is a roach infestation in every apartment im sure because I lived in a studio before it was bad now in a 1 bedroom its worse. They charge too much on utilities for pest control but since May I move into here not once has anyone came out. Don't move into here there is a alleyway of tweakers in the back. If you backed up on a utility bill they will come after you and try to evict you but when you need maintenance help they come days later. Management switch 4 -5 times since I first move in here year and a half ago and it's gotten worse. Save your money and go somewhere else. The management was nice but I'm sure the corporate is just greedy and don't care not their fault. Also I mean you can call all day but no one would answer you step into the office they always in there."
"I’ve been a resident of Tides a couple months now, and I’ve been nothing but pleased with everyone. Customer service has been so polite and helpful, on point with everything so far. I would 100 percent recommend it to anybody that is looking for some apartments complex."
"I don't like writing bad reviews for places because I understand things happen. However, I am really disappointed in the office staff. I made an appointment this morning for a tour this afternoon (3:30). I received both text and email confirmations. I left work just to see this property, and drove there only to be told that I was unable to have the tour because the person working needed to leave at 3:45. (office closes at 4). I was told to come back tomorrow, but it left a bad taste in my mouth and don't want to waste any more time. I was really interested in seeing these apartments and would have been content with a quick 5 min tour, or even just some paper handouts, or follow up phone call or email."
