"This was my 1st place in Phoenix. I lived at Inhabit for a little over 3 years. It’s in a great location in Phoenix, yet alone to the airport, downtown , west and east valley. Lots of restaurants near you & a grocery store next door. If anything was broken, Ray would fix it & the grounds were well maintained with a landscaping crew that came weekly. I would have lived there longer if this property had 2 bedroom units."

My place is absolutely adorable, they are kind, considerate, they listen and they are human! Which I really appreciate. "I've lived in this complex for 3 years now, and for the most part it's been pretty good. The area around here is nice and the community is quiet for the most part, with of course the occasional noisy party neighbors but that's expected almost anywhere. The reason I'm giving this a 3 star rating now is mainly because of the maintenance service. Both the community and the apartment maintenance. I send in work orders and they get marked as "completed" eventhough they either didn't take care of it or did a shotty job. That's after I've been waiting for a bit for it to be completed. For the price I pay here it seems to me things should be taken care of immediately. Definitely a major area of opportunity!"
