"**AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE** The bad review's are LEGITIMATE The girls in the front are very nice, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that they are nearly completely incompetent. They are forgetful, they will never answer the phone, and if you’re lucky, they’ll get your documents sent to you right the second time, never the first time, in my case, they had it wrong three times in a row, when we actually got to see the unit almost 4 weeks after we initially met with them, they only let us see it the day before our move-in, and It was supposed to be fully renovated, and have a fireplace, neither was true. There was also RAT POOP in the stairwell that leads from the garage to our unit, it is a private carpeted stairwell. With RAT POOP. There are lots of places to look at in the area, do not move here I promise you, you will be sorry. I only wish I believed the bad reviews that I read on there before i wasted my time considering this place but I thought hey, maybe they’re a bunch of spiteful people that didn’t actually have that much to be upset about in the first place. I was dead wrong"
"Want to take the time to thank Ricardo in maintenance for being prompt everytime I put in a work order. He wipes his shoes on the rug before stepping on my carpet and I really appreciate that (people usually don't think before tracking dirt in your home). He aims to get the job done right the first time and is professional."
"Been living here many years and I have very few complaints. Shaneia and Angela are great to work with. I am BIG on customer service and respect for people and that is what I get whenever I need to go to the office for anything. What I like the best and what keeps me in the community is the 24 hr pool and gym and the spacious units."
"All the things that were broken when I moved in. Should have been taken care of before moving in. I shouldn't have to put these on my move-in checklist. But rent for this unit is 1982.00/month plus the concierge pkg you can't opt out of. You pay for community trash pick up plus for someone to come get your garbage, if they pick it up. I don't have shelves in my pantry, my start button is held by a zip tie (I was told by maint. the last tenant did that, so they were aware) and I assume their fix for a broken microwave door was to patch it together instead of replace it. The bathroom door is coming apart and someone attempted to glue it back together. Do your research before renting here. I told them I regret signing a lease here. I've only lived here going on my 3rd month. Someone taking their dog to the bathroom right outside my patio and not picking it up. Yeah that smells amazing in this 100+ degree heat! Again I say DO YOUR RESEARCH! I know I'll get the blanket response "come in the office so we can try to resolve this issue" "sorry your experience isn't a positive one." Sorry doesn't cut it. Update: 2 days after Christmas. You can't take out any garbage. They're all over flowing. That's what 2300.00 s month gets you."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE IT'S A COMMUNITY FULL WITH LIES AND UNPROFRESSIONALISM. (one star is for the professional maintenance guy David who replaced all our appliances) We had to stop by the office at least ten times and attempted to get in touch with the district manager three times, to get issues fixed. We are going to list what we've experienced in the past 2 months: 1. Told us there is recycling during the tour but there isn't one. 2. Told us the unit we applied to has the same new appliances as the one we toured (that was remodeled) and turnt out they're all old plastics models. There was rust in the dishwasher, and two of the stovetops were faulty. (did get all of them replaced as we went to the office to argue) 3. We called and they promised to send us the contract on Friday. Waited until Monday and asked again since we would be moving in that Saturday then they said they did send something last Saturday. Sent me the contract right after the call with a contract date as of Monday. 4. The contract contained not even one correct number that they quoted us, called them again and they told us there was something wrong with the system. 5. With all the phone calls it was always by luck if they picked it up. We could make at least four one day to finally got answered once. 6. Finally we received the correct contract and signed right away. Waited until Friday then we asked if there should be a welcome package. They were 'surprised' we haven't got it and sent us something, including a instruction saying we need to bring a cashier check with $2k+ amount to get the keys. Which we were rushing to get so we could move in the next day. 7. We got a checklist when we got the keys. None of the info in the paperwork was correct, wrong unit number wrong tenants. 8. We applied to move in on the first available date and told us we had to wait one more week because many things need to be fixed. We moved in finding the unit dirty (stain on doors and dusty floor), the AC leaked creating a stream from the ceiling(see video), the food disposal clogged, ceiling fans shaking like theyre gonna drop and kill people, blinds falling apart, and a shower head bursting water all the way to the other side of the bathroom. (got all these fixed after two months) 9. Moved in seeing dog poops everywhere qright outside the unit. Told them about it they promised will pick up first thing next morning and will warn the neighbor on fining them. Waited a whole week before it was finally cleaned and it still has happened multiple times which we got sick of asking and just picking them up. This time there's even poop on the pave walkway. 10. Attempted to file a complaint with the management company and got the community manager finally responding to us about a talk. She promised to replace the old appliances and they finally did after two months. 11. Some of the mailboxes lost their locks thus without mail being delivered for like a whole month (tenants needed to go got USPS to pick up) Ours was fine but the office sent an email stating ours was broken too. 12. Attempted 3 times to call and left message with the district manager extension but never heard back. Pretty sure I missed mentioning something. They simply don't care about the tenants, period."
