"Longtime renter at Urban Gardens. The grounds are kept up and the property is pretty quiet. It’s a five minute walk from Roosevelt Row while being super close to the 10, 202, and 51. Rent prices are very fair and honestly a great deal for the area. Pet friendly and covered parking is a plus."
