"0 stars if possible. Currently living here. Problems with upstairs neighbors blaring music and stomping on floor constantly. Can't have windows or sliding door open because their cigarette smoke wafts in. New management Cornerstone has taken over almost a year ago, and still refuses to do anything about them. We have video evidence of parties, excessive noise, noise complaints filed by the police (who also refuse to do anything) but they are still miraculously here. What's more now my family has a harassment claim against us because we complained so much with no action on managements part. Nevermind the 6+ documented official complaints we have sent them. They don't care about their tenants, they don't care about you. Don't come here. ."

"I have lived here almost 4 years, I have had my downstairs neighbor that makes racist comments to my daughter. And other things that we have had to deal with. I talk with management about moving in away from this very unhappy man. Anytime I have need they have fix it. They are very caring about people safety. And we are very happy where we are not. "The year 2022, the housing market looks much different than a decade or more ago, 2008. The cost of living and the standard of living has not remained the same. First time renters are not surprised by what is available and affordable living. Here at Granada Lakes there are there are few days that make living difficult, but that is wherever you choose to live. Natashya, our community manager has helped us resolve these issues both as individual tenants and also collectively as a community. I am sure this approach will improve the quality of our stay here at the Lakes. Thank you for the effort as this is greatly appreciated. It gets better all the time."

"I have currently lived here a little over a year and to be quite honest this is one of the worst apartments i have ever had. Walls and floors are so incredibly thin and as someone who works from home neighbors blasting their music and making the walls and floor shake is absolutely ridiculous. I have attempted to reach the front office several time without even a return phone call. The office is only open 2 days a week and even them nobody is ever in the office. On top of that the rent just went up 300 dollars a month to live in an apartment that is supposed to be your home but feels like a nightmare due to incredibly inconsiderate neighbors and a front office that lacks any attention to its residents"

"I have lived here for three years and I am very happy with these apartments. The manager is very friendly and helpful and the maintenence guy is great. It is relatively quiet and the landscaping is nice. My only concern is that the security gates are either not in working order or residents don't close them securely. Still would highly recommend."
