"The apartment is alright in my opinion, my unit was supposed to be remodeled but my kitchen cabinet is already hanging off and my toilet paper handler broke since it was loosely screwed in. I ’d give it 3.5/5 but the downside is your rent will be higher each month. This is my second month here and honestly it’s absurd that all the utilities will bump your rent 100$ more, also once they update your rent it will go up more in the next few days. As someone who gets paid biweekly I’d like to know my actual amount of what I have to pay so I can organize my other bills and not worry my rent will go up another few dollars in the next few days before the 1st. sadly if you want to end your lease you have to pay 2500+$"

"This is not a luxury apartment and i will not be reviewing it in comparison to one. The staff including maintenance and the best I’ve encountered in my apartment search from tempe to mesa. No bugs or cockroaches which is a blessing. The two downsides. Thin floors and low effort resurfacing. However, it is an apartment and that’s what non luxury apartments entail."
