Anytime I've ever had any issues they are quick to take care of their residents. And work orders is always done in a timely matter.If there was something simple that I can do without putting a work order in, he definitely would give me guidance to let me know, and I appreciate that CONTINUE BEING GREAT.."

"I have been living here for about 2 years & I’ve definitely been seeing a lot of improvement from CAF management. Kayla is very nice and very helpful to all my questions and needs at the front office. She has also made my children feel safe and cared for. Carlyle is definitely a very family oriented community and do a lot of community activities for the kids and families. The community is kid friendly and you can safely let your children play outside among other children. Kelly, the maintenance manager is an understanding professional employee. Who always attends to all work orders in a timely manner. All Carlyle employees are friendly and very caring towards children. Carlyle needs a little better up keeping but I definitely stay because I enjoy the community & the staff."

My apartment is beautiful, and quiet (I've never lived in an apt in which I virtually never hear my neighbors) and the grounds -- especially on the east side -- are lovely and peaceful for dog walking. "Over a dozen scorpions in the apartment within the year I stayed. They came in from the large gaps in the doors and windows. 2 stung me on separate occasions in the home. Charged in the thousands of dollars for "damages" so we were given the choice of paying it or being sent to collections. I hadn't been charged in previous apartments I have stayed in so it was a shock. At one point, there was water damage from the above stairs neighbors and I put in a maintenance request. It was ignored for 2 months. I got an email notification it was fixed *after* moving out. The floors were very dirty upon moving in, my feet were black after walking barefoot for a few minutes. There were other things but I feel like I got the point across."
