The front office is excellent and very responsive when you have an issue with your apartment. I can't overstate this. The works tirelessly to solve your problems or issues. Rent is reasonable. Finally, the compound is near to shopping centers and restaurants."

"Lived here 2 weeks so far and it’s been very nice. The location, community and staff all helped in our decision to make this apartment our home. The moment we walked on the property we knew this was the place for us. All the employees treated us like family and answered all of our questions, big and small. Karen, Madison and Britney in the front office have been helpful getting our paperwork filled out and ensuring a smooth and easy transition. The maintenance guys were quick to help us with any issues we had in the apartment. We put in our request using the app, and then they showed up at our door less then 48hrs later and took care of us.The amenities here are also a bonus. We have taken advantage of having a ping pong table right outside our front door and the gym just a stroll away. The lawn is well maintained and pleasant for everyone. We look forward to using the pool once it gets hot!"

"We have lived at IMT Ahwatukee for about 8 months and I wanted to live here a while before leaving on honest review. The interior of the apartment is nice however it doesn’t out weigh the cons of living here. I’m not sure if we just got unlucky with our unit, but the neighbors are very loud. If you choose to live downstairs, the floors are thin so it sounds like elephants are stomping around above you, which is particularly bothersome when you hear it everyday after 10 pm until the early hours of the morning. We can hear screams and banging on the wall from our next door neighbors. Some neighbors feel free to play loud music on their patios and talk really loudly. It’s noisy 24/7 and not peaceful. Another issue we ran into is that our patio floods with water. The leasing office’s answer to remedy the situation is to sweep out the water and “we don’t usually get much rain anyway.” That’s not really helpful since we can’t put patio furniture out there now due to the flooding on not having anywhere to store it when it rains. The most awful part of living here is the disrespectful dog owners that never pick up their dog feces so theres dog poop lying around everywhere, poop left in the middle of the concrete walking paths and IMT does nothing to maintain cleanliness. It’s especially agitating to see feces right in front of our door. It’s also real fun having to dodge poop when you are walking in with heavy grocery bags. Some of the neighbors smoke weed and it fills the air vents with an overwhelming smell that penetrates the apartment. I think the $40 a month charged for trash pick up is unnecessary as we always take out our own trash anyway. I had high hopes for living here but am deeply disappointed. I hope within the next few months things get better."
