"When touring last week the apartments looked amazing and Delores was very helpful and we put it in an application. However, we learned today our application was denied without even being run through because we added that we have CAGED, ENCLOSED pet rats and one rabbit (the rats are in a two-tier cage that does not touch the floor, and the rabbit has a small floor enclosure), despite how on-site last week we were told they would not be a problem. We would have been happy to have discussed matters further, but to be outright denied without our application even being considered is wild and discriminatory."

"management are good and maintenance are excellence, put in work order can be done same day or next day at most. Quiet and overall safe area, didnt have any bugs or pests for 18 months I lived here. Only thing i suggested get third floor if you can and be considerate to downstair neighbor, this apartment have thin wall. If you get second or first floor hope your upstair neighbor is not fat. I got a fat upstair neighbor everytime she walk like elephant stomping. Only reason i moved out but overall decent apartment."

"Been here 2 years. I haven’t had an issue here. I have a lot of neighbors with dogs and I too have a dog. No issue of barking too loud. The community is quiet and keeps to themselves. I work a lot and have packages delivered and no issue with packages being taken. My neighbors and I look out for each other. (Lucky draw I guess). My apartment has been pest free and all appliances are up to date and if I need anything which is rare. The maintenance team responds in minutes! Friendly men and women. A lot of negative reviews. But I seriously haven’t had an issue. I enjoy it here. The office is fair on issues and will communicate if you take time to be courteous."

"This was the worst living experience I have ever had and it will stick with me for the rest of my life. Our building was absolutely INFESTED with thousands of cockroaches no matter how clean we kept it. I had to leave the apartment for pest control to spray tens of times and it never accomplished anything. It was completely unhygienic and unfit for humans to live there. Imagine the entire floor in your apartment covered in hundreds of living roaches every night right after it was cleaned and sprayed. They would crawl on everything on your dishes, your clothes, your toothbrush, your bed. You cannot sleep or live here humanely. I genuinely feel bad for any children that lived in the building. Now the office is trying to charge me thousands of dollars in fees after move out for things like replacing the dressers when I never even used the dresser once and are sending me threatening emails saying they're going to ruin my credit and ability to rent an apartment elsewhere. I am going to contact a lawyer about this. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about renting here that you go absolute anywhere else. I promise you whatever reason you have for wanting to stay here it's not worth it."
