"This place has the worst office staff on the planet! Not only are they unpleasant they are unprofessional! Julie is the absolute worst not only is her mouth n verbiage terrible she trys to belittle you! Not to mention the roach problems and they find a way charge you to make any repairs needed... if they like you they over look your violations.. not every tenant is held to the same standards! save your self the hassle n keep looking."

"We've lived here for about 6 months or so now. It's turned out to be a really good and safe place to live at. It's very calm and usually neighbors keep to themselves and are respectful. Staff has always been friendly and courteous from the beginning and they've always answered questions or concerns as needed. The maintenance requests are generally taken care of within a day or two, depending how urgent it is. Overall, it's been great and we're happy living here so far."

"I like to say that I absolutely love Lynnwood.I would recommend this community to anyone seeking great management, friendly office staff and hard working maintenance. I see the postive changes that management is making and also the consistency in pest control. This property by far is the best I've ever lived on and high recommended to families and first time renters. Everyone in the office are so kind and understanding and maintenance always does a great job. Julie and Mikayla are amazing great job ladies!!!!"

"This place I would no recommend, the roaches are so bad they will have an exterminator come and spray your unit and it seems like the roaches would just come out even more, your place can be so clean and you will still see roaches, when you are outside it's looks so dull and dusty, cats are everywhere will sit on your car, The playground for the children are just beat up needs to be replaced and not safe at all, this place will charge you extra fees for the little things, management treat their tenants with no respect at all its ridiculous and sad, this. Place is money hungry they will try to get you for everything if you let them ....it's not worth living here at all not even for desperate needs it's depressing, dirty, and unprofessional move elsewhere this IS NOT THE PLACE"

"I not very much for media specially about reviews, I am seeing a lot of bad reviews about this place, I been living here since 2009, I seen bad management and good they are not all bad, I seen people complain in this reviews about the cockroaches, we need to stepup to buy our bug sprays and remedy the situation ourselves, I do that and even they send me a warning of cancelling my contract and I do my stuff to get rid of the bugs , I am a 84 year old I cannot get enough done all by myself for my arthritis my daughter helps me with that. They even raise my rent pretty high $130 more.dont diss this place give it a chance. Only giving 2 stars for now."
