"Do not rent here. Management constantly putting tow stickers on cars for parking backwards in their own spots but don’t care about the cars that have been sitting in the same uncovered spot for MONTHS without being moved. They charge you “pest control” fees on your rent even tho your unit is COMPLETELY INFESTED IN ROACHES and they will not do anything about it and you never see them treat literally anywhere. I really don’t think they want anyone living here. Attitudes of all the ladies in the office is absolutely wild and rude. Creeps are always breaking into and stealing cars in the parking lots and management doesn’t care because they don’t have cameras. Seriously, run."

"Cons: Parking: If you move into the small side of the complex, understand that if you have 2 vehicles, you will walk from the other end of the complex DAILY. They threaten cars with expired tags in covered spots rather than tow any of the vehicles in open spots that have sat legitimately for over a YEAR. Landlord special maintenance: we definitely have a "Landlord special" unit. I've been asking for a new dishwasher since I moved in. That still has not happened. Pros: they take good care of the complex, and it's quiet here. Being a female who lives alone, I've never had an issue with the girls in the office when I had safety concerns with a neighbor, so I do appreciate that! I don't use the amenities, but there seem to be plenty including playgrounds, pools, gym, and pet friendly activities like a wash and park. Overall, it's not a horrible place to live, just slightly annoying sometimes."

"It will be my last year here. Cockroaches don't disappear. Water is cut off without anyone knowing, zero service. The sad thing is that you pay a lot without services, and the female employees in the office do not want to work, as if they are forced to answer. They have no idea about work. I hope the old management comes back, and I think the review shows the truth. !! I have a friend at my work who lives in the complex, and I was astonished that he complained to management about a strong smell leaking from the air conditioner, and they did not help him solve the problem.j"

"I wish I could give this apartment management team a negative points. I started living here this year of July and there was no problems until now. I had been paying my rent always in time until there was an issues with it this month. So, I am student and I called office before I went my home in my school break to makes sure they got my rent process and lady on the phone said yes, its been processing.I also emailed them with the screenshot picture in it that I paid my rent but never got response back from them. However, I left the town and I got called call from them telling me my rent hasn't paid and there was around $300 late fee charge. I asked for manager to talk but never got call back from manager that day, so I called next day early morning to talk with manger. She called me after few minutes and OMG She was so unprofessional and the way she talked me to was like I am living here for free or homless. I truly believe she needs to go to school just to learn manner and I think she didn't learned anything from her upbringing.I am very disspointed with her the way she treated me and the way she communicated with me was like I am in third grade or her kids. I definitely felt like she was very racist. I ended up paying $1600 instead of $1300 which was my rent. I am not living here for free and she cannot treat me like that like I am her kids or homeless.This apartment has lots of roaches all over the place."

"A concerning number of vehicles (kias and Hyundais specifically) have been broken into/stolen including my own and they can’t even send out an email warning residents. Management emails constantly about trash concerns, telling people to pick up after their pets, dirty areas etc which I totally understand and agree they should stay on top of. Yet, when there is significant risk associated with your own personal belongings, they seem to not care whatsoever. They have no cameras at all except for by the mail area. There is supposedly 24 hour security, but I work very early hours and constantly see shady people/activity and have never seen a security person at any time of day or night. All in all, it’s a cheap complex and is okay for the money. Our unit was very obviously hastily painted/repaired before our move in, there was still lots of unfixed damage/poor repairs so we were sure to take loads of pictures, which isnt a big deal as long as they are honest once we move."
