"So much to write. HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT!. They don't care about tenants. Homeless, roach and bug infested. They rack up their money any way they can with fees, just because fees and might as well fees. Never pick up their phone and always close maintenance request without checking or finishing the job. Someone is always dying, shot at or a kid is almost hit because they're always unsupervised. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!"
