"What really makes a place is the staff. I’ve had several absolutely fantastic experiences with the staff here. Alec and Maddie have really done a fantastic job, it feels like every time I call it’s one of them answering and they immediately try to solve or answer whatever problem or question I have. The place is great, the location is great, and the amenities are fantastic, but that’s all easy. It’s getting the right people who are knowledgeable and care that really makes the difference. "I've lived at the Ryan for a year. I enjoyed my stay, I didn't have too many problems. My only issue was sometimes when there baseball games or concerts it was hard to get to the building, but that was just part of living downtown. I love the complex my balcony, the view, the pool, and they had lots of social events. It was a great time, glad I got To experience it. Front desk staff especially Alba were amazing!!! Management Ashley and Hailey were always so helpful and always addressed my concerns immediately. Great building, good people and very convenient location if you like being close to everything!"
