"Shout out to Chad who set an appointment time with me to go over and resolve some maintenance issues. This really helped as I don't work from home and had some things to go over in person. He was on time and friendly, addressed everything, and I even learned things about some smart home features I was not aware of! Happy to report a good experience with that and thought it should be shared!! (We've been here since this place was Elux, First Street, and now Aerie. Our unit was and still is "brand-new" to us.) Just to update here with another 5stars to Roman who came back a few weeks later today and solved our washing machine problem! The maintenance staff here is great, friendly, timely, and even takes the time to explain things. These guys are great!!!"
