"I just moved in and am so excited to be apart of the Ironwood at Happy Valley community. The grounds are well kept and welcoming. The apartments have beautiful features and amenities. Great rent prices for such an amazing place. Office staff has been very friendly and made the move in experience a delight!"

"Positives: 1. The community layout is among some of the most spacious I’ve seen in the Phoenix area. You do not get the typical congested feeling when people are living in close quarters. 2. The amenities and general property are very well maintained. Property management clearly hold high standards. 3. The office and maintenance staff are very responsive and proactive communicators. I was never caught off guard by announcements or events that impacted all tenants. 4. Internet was included in monthly rental fees. This was the first time I had seen this, and really enjoyed not having to continue my relationship with Cox. Negatives: 1. This property markets to pet owners, which can invite poor experiences with neighbors in some instances. For an awful six-month period, I spent several hours per week listening to dogs barking through my wall, below my floor, and outside my window. I seemingly always had dog waste outside my front door. To be clear, 95% of pet owners were great neighbors and weren’t the problem. My only recommendation to potential tenants would to be thorough and ask up front about neighboring pets and what policies exist if they become a problem."

"I am living here in ironwood at Happy Valley because of a job I was asked to take on at the TSMC site north of Phoenix Arizona. I would alot rather be at home in Florida, however I have to say that the people here at Happy Valley, especially Jake, have absolutely been professional, excellent, and wonderful. They have bent over backwards to accommodate and answer any questions I've had. I've never been treated so well by somebody I was renting or leasing from. I honestly have to say they treat you like family. I give very few reviews so when I take the time to give a review there has to be something that really impresses me, these people here have really impressed me. I would recommend this place to anybody and I have. So if you're looking at trying to find a place where you'll be treated with respect, and that you're truly appreciated for choosing them, and choosing to spend your money here. This is the place for you. So thanks to Jake and all the folks that work with Jake, from the grounds people to the maintenance people to the front office folks to Kim to all of them My hat's off to Jake and all of them for such a professional job"

"I have had some rough complexes that I’ve lived in and I cannot say enough good things about this place. First of all it’s all about the people that work there. Jake West really takes the time to get to know his tenants and makes a connection with them. Him and I talked for for what was supposed to be a quick conversation about keys. Instead he took the time to notice I loved football and held a conversation. Not only are the people great but the apartment complex is beautiful. I am not just talking about the inside. The outside is well taken care of and it feels like a small community rather than a place to live. Overall highly recommend."
