"I knew my experience with moving to the Livano was going to be positive because of how amazing the reviews were about working with Tony during the process but my experience with him personally has been over and above my expectations! From the moment I walked in to do the tour (I scheduled it on their website), Tony greeted me with a huge smile and immediately he was so easy to talk to, it almost felt like I was talking with an old friend! The tour was awesome with him sharing all of the amazing amenities in the complex and fun events that they put on for the tenants. Throughout the process of actually applying and getting everything locked in, Tony had a personal type of care with making sure that any issues or hang ups got resolved. His intentionality with making sure everything got sorted out was as if I was someone close to him like a family member or best friend- that’s how much he made me feel cared for. There could never be a better fit for this job than him- I already was excited about the potentiality of living at this complex but working with him blew my expectations out of the water and made the process more smooth and exciting than I would have ever thought it could be! My experience truly wouldn’t have been as great as it was if Tony was not at the forefront of making it all happening- the people who do the tour and help with the move in process of a new apartment complex really make a HUGE difference in how you feel about moving there! That’s something I learned with other complex’s that I toured. I’m so thankful for Tony and how passionate, caring, and enthusiastic he is for his job!
