"We just moved out from this place .It was great experience as you can see they have alll the amenities you can ask for .. A few months later we had to move after we got a new job contract out of state.. This is where things got really ugly. One of the staff told us 30 days notice and another staff told us 60 ,so we decided to give them 60 days notice but they will not accept it until we pay two months notice in advance.We never heard that before they want two months payments plus two additional months notice payments in full that makes it 4 months before we can terminate our lease .We decided we going to let the whole lease . Our 1900 months was increased to 2100 immediately every month because they decided to add extra hidden fees like common area gas common area electric trash even though that was already included 1900 for some reason they managed to add more. At some point we could not pay all .We were getting charge for delay payment even when the check was in the mail it doesn't matter when of wher the check was sent out. Then they threaten us with eviction at some point we paid 2700 for a month We wanted to talk to co operate office but ithey refuse to talk to us . We finally moved out we made sure our place was clean spotless we took pictures after we left yet they managed to takeall our security deposit and bills us with extra $ 250 cleaning fees I am say ing all this to warn all the contractors or anyone coming from out the state, please don't let this place fools you .The inside of this apartment are terrible with cheap appliances and furnitures worsened than IKEA .The Management are your worse enemy if you going through any financial difficulties. Terminate your lease is almost impossible unless your willing to pay four months one time fees. Stay away from this place they evil. Bellow are move out pictures ."

"Nova North Valley apartments has a very helpful and kind staff. There is a great gym with all kinds of new exercise equipment available. The pool is beautiful, perfect for cooling off on a warm day and sunbathing. All and all it is a clean wonderful place to live."
