"I can't wait to move out of this complex. Not even a month in & already knew this wasn't it! I'm very thankful to have a roof over my family tho but once our lease is up were out lol. First off nobody answers the damn phone but they sure finna come to your damn door to leave notes when they need a payment. We just started getting roaches & had left a few messages regarding the issue & no one has returned any messages. I have dogs and I legit have so much anxiety walking them to the dog park because the gate that leads to the park has been broken for months now. ( Altercation with another dog ). They charge us for valet trash but nobody's picked the trash up. I have picture evidence from how long the trash sits outside ( following all protocols when we leave the trash out by the way) I no longer include the trash valet fees when I pay rent lmao. Gates are always broken homeless are taking water baths with the pool water ... Anyways I'd keep going but I'm sure you'll see other reviews. Don't waste your money here there's a lot more places out here that are worth your hard working money."

"Would give 0 stars if i could because of Leslie the office manager. I have lived here for around 2 years maybe more and i've never had a bad experience until speaking with Leslie. She has no issues raising her voice with people and being rude and fails to address issues in a professional manner. After reading the other reviews im not the only one. Theres no reason to be rude to people who aren't rude to you. Being nice is free. The other ladies are not rude at all im confused why their manager is."

"if i can give this place 0 stars i would. it is really unsafe!! someone broke in 6 cars in the span of 2 days. The manager said there was basically nothing they can do. Don’t want to put cameras around the complex, gate has been broken for a month now and looks like they're always broken. We pay for trash service and they don’t even pick up the trash. Will definitely look for a better place once the lease is up."

"The two lease agency will not answer the phone. I parked in front of the building called no answer. I walked in and ole girl was sitting in the office talking with the other girl. They both was not helping no one else. Sitting there like her job makes her rich. She is lazy and has too many tattoos showing. The place looks nice minus the homeless sleeping around. It is very dangerous getting out on the 83rd road. There is two schools on both sides of the apartment complex. If you are denied you will not get a refund. Even though it does not say this while you applying."

"I went over to visit my boyfriend for the night. Next morning we wake up and he has a message from his neighbor that they had stolen my car’s rim & tire. It is a gated community, when most of the times the gate is not even working. Clearly anyone can go in and be stealing car parts . Also, they charge for the trash to be taken out when no one goes to even pick it up. We rather throw our own trash at this point. They had also stolen his ac unit. Even then they still haven’t stepped up and done anything to make the place more secure. Yes, he had went to the office and spoke with the ladies there and all they can do is listen. They don’t even bother noting down anything to see what is there to do to make this place a better & safer community. I really hope after his contract is over, we can find a better place"
