"Steven is probably worst lawyer in USA. He lies and takes your money. Please don’t waste your time. All you will talk to is Viki bless her heart she has no clue. They went up against a 22 yr old kid and couldn’t even get a GM divorce against him after 18 months all he wants to do is lie and charge you money. They lie and charge you for any and everything and when you try to check and balance it. They lie and blame you or TurboTax party. 2 people told me he did same to them. Please stay away from him. Save your money and now he has truck some firm into bumping his practice. So be ware and ask questions. And don’t pay until they actually do something. After close to 2 years and 6k we don’t even have a divorce against a high school kid with no education. Wow good luck call me if you need details"

"The hiring of Steven Cole was a big mistake from the very start. In the beginning of the case, he likes to paint you a nice picture and promises things that he never intends to fulfill. He overuses the assistance of his paralegal and only sees you in person when money needs to be deposited. During the case, there were endless charges for conversations that never took place. He will tell you everything you want to hear on the phone and when you show up to his office, he will completely change the narrative. In my case, his defense plan was never clear, and it would change drastically. It is also important to mention that his entire team is trained to lie, and delegate responsibilities elsewhere without ever taking accountability for anything. In the absence of constant and appropriate communication, clients feel helpless and confused most of the time during the legal process; on the other hand, he is extremely lazy, does not like to work and does not investigate issues either, he expects for you to give him everything on a silver platter, and even when you do, he messes things up or misinterprets them wrong. He is not on your side and conspires against his clients on a daily basis with the opposing council. When you propose something that he doesn't like or agrees with, he often gives you ultimatums along the lines of “either you do as I say or you can find yourself another lawyer”. A perfect example of this, was when I told him I didn't want to go to mediation and would rather go to trial since I felt we had a strong case in my favor. Foolishly I listened to him. In result, I lost a beautiful house out of the country that should have never even been declared during the case due to lack of jurisdiction on behalf of the court. I was extremely upset that this happened. I am ready to report him to the “American Bar Association”. He is completely reckless and a disgrace to the legal profession. Do not waste your time or your money to this low-life firm that will leave you high and dry. Best to look elsewhere for honest representation that actually prioritizes on your needs and has your best interest at heart. If I could give a score of zero instead of one as a rating to Steven Cole and his staff, I would gladly do so. All in all, we could have gotten the same outcome if we would have not hired this crook of a lawyer, possibly could have done better being by ourselves."
