"The hotel was OK, but the bed was a little hard. As far as the room is concerned, it was clean, which is the most important thing. The one thing we didn't care for was the double door bathroom; it doesn't close completely, which we didn't like. Last thing, $250 credit card hold is a little high, but if you don't mind that, it's a good hotel!"

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Very clean, nice rooms and facility. Parking was great with our truck and trailer. It just took us a little while to figure out the best way to go in and out of the parking lot to get onto Shea Blvd. (Go to the stoplight). Breakfast recommendations would be to have some gluten free options and cheesy scrambled eggs (not just hard boiled eggs) like what is offered at the La Quinta in Ely, NV. Overall, a very nice stay."

"I stayed here over the Mother's Day weekend in May 2023 (5/11-16) and it was an amazing stay! The wonderful experience began from the moment we arrived with the spectacular reception from the person working the front desk (I regret that I forgot his name). We arrived at 2am and the gentleman at the front desk was super welcoming and went out of his way to offer us ideas on what to do during our stay (he even gathered us activity brochures and made sure to catch us before we got on the elevator to give them to us!). The room was very nice - spacious with a unique layout and a homey atmosphere. One of the top highlights of my stay was the gazebo in the courtyard - I spent time in there everyday and hated to say goodbye to it. The next time I visit the Phoenix area, this will be my lodging of choice!"

"Staff was very nice. Free breakfast, coffee and drinks offered but nothing to talk about even the coffee! Hot tub and pool was nice. The room and building was clean. Room was quiet except for closet type doors on the bathroom and the toilet. Toilets are so loud that other rooms can be heard when flashing. Toilet if flushed in our room would wake each other. Bathroom doors are so thin and with large gaps you can hear every movement in the room. Even the poor bathroom doors latch catches were enough to wake each other. Now very appropriate if one is still courting each other!!!!"

"Fair price for what you get. I'd stay again. No issues. Well lit parking lot. The property reminded me of most Hampton Inns. Friendly front desk. Self-serve laundry room was a perk at $2.50 per cycle."
