"I’ve been asking for months to repair my vinyl flooring near my front door, along with the weather strip at the bottom of my screen door. I have made numerous work orders, many of them said, “complete,” and no one ever came out to repair my vinyl flooring or weather strip."

"My refrigerator was not working and was making a terrible sound. The maintenance man changed out the refrigerator for an older refrigerator that worked but was in very bad shape with the weather strip on door not sealed and the shelves on door falling apart. In which left less space. Anyway, I was told by maintenance man that because my first refrigerator was inbetter newer shape that they would see if the refrigerator could be repaired and brought back. Looks like Don Dawson Apartments needs to buy new refrigerators."

"We lived there 2 years ago. The place could have been great but changed management 3 times while I was there. We gave notice when we left couldn't find management to turn in keys gave to long time resident neighbor and left a voice mail to management saying so cleaned everything mopping on the way out door. They had my forwarding address never heard from them calling looking for my deposit never a call back finally gave up. Now I check my credit report and it says 6 months ago they put 900 dollars on to my report saying I owed them. FOR WHAT???????"
