"After a horrendous ER visit I was hesitant to return to Mercy Gilbert for outpatient testing. However, if the ER ran as efficiently and with such care as all the staff in Outpatient services it would be so great. From check in, to the techs that helped me during the testing to making sure I was good to go home was amazing. The ER department staff needs to learn from them on how to truly care for patients."

"The room and bed were very comfortable. I only saw two doctors: one had to do in performing a Colonoscopy and the other was a cardiologist. Other than that I saw no one until the cardiologist came to me and told me I was going to be discharged. No doctor ran over the figures of all the blood work that had been taken. I was then transferred to their rehab facility to get strength back in my legs that had been lost while I was confined to bed. Not a good experience."

"I had as wonderful an experience as you can have while being acutely ill at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center! From check-in at the ER to being taken care of in the ER, and then taken care of overnight in a single room on a floor, everyone was wonderful, professional, caring, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to identify and provide me the tests to determine my illness and to ensure there were no other, yet unknown, illnesses that could also contribute to my problems. Specialists to handle my case were also involved in my care and there was nothing and no-one lacking to assist in determining and helping to solve my illness. I was discharged after an overnight stay and I felt 100% better than when I first arrived at the ER the previous night. The doctors and nurses made sure I had my prescriptions called into the pharmacy and that I knew what the results of all of my tests were before I left. In addition, the hospital sent me reminders to do follow ups with the doctors for my case. Overall I had a wonderful experience and the staff at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I was exceptionally well taken care of. These acts of kindness and service made me have the utmost confidence in the staff and their capabilities! I highly recommend Mercy Gilbert Medical Center!"
