"We celebrated our four year old's birthday at Altitude in Chandler. Jordan was our party coordinator and did a fantastic job. He kept us informed, was always responsive if we had a question, and overall took all the pressure off of us to ensure the party was a success. Food was included, cake serving was also included. Highly recommended and would also recommend asking for Jordan if that's an option."

"We've been coming here for years but stopped because it seemed a bit run down. We decided to revisit again, and to our surprise, it's been upgraded! Finally, they have additional seating! They also added small arcade and upgraded jumping areas. We try to visit at the opening to avoid crowds. I recommend filling out the waiver online before coming to save time."

"We celebrate our son bday #6 party today for 15 kids,Jen was our host and she did a great job, she was communicative, friendly, fast and patient with all of us specially with the kids. The place was clean and they gave to us everything that we need for the party also they are in every detail, all the stuff did a great job. I recommend this place and the next year we will celebrate his bday here again, for sure!"

"Great place for the kiddos to deplete some energy but it's pricy. If your kids don't see any of their friends or make new friends, they can get bored pretty quickly. You can reuse the jump socks from prior visits so that should save a few dollars. Would be nice if the entrance was more secure. No system in place to check kids going out."
