"I am currently at this hotel and I must say I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience. There were several issues that left me quite frustrated during my stay. First and foremost, upon check-in, I was informed that the hotel holds an additional $200 on my card, which was not mentioned during the booking process. This was an unwelcome surprise and put a dent in my travel budget. Another concerning incident was when someone entered my room without knocking or calling, while I was in the middle of taking a bath. This breach of privacy was not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. They made me pack up all of my things and move to another room abruptly because the plumbing in my room was leaking down to another room. Furthermore, the hotel advertised having a laundry room, but to my dismay, I found out that it was not available during my stay. This was particularly inconvenient as I had planned to do some laundry. To add to my frustration, the Wi-Fi did not work as advertised, making it difficult for me to stay connected and get some work done during my stay. Lastly my key card was deactivated without prior notice, forcing me to go to the front desk to get it reactivated, which was an unnecessary hassle. This is just day 3 and I have 2 days left. Overall, my stay at this hotel so far was marred by a series of disappointments, including the undisclosed $200 hold, the intrusion into my room, the lack of available amenities, the faulty Wi-Fi, and the key card deactivation. I cannot recommend this hotel to fellow travelers because of their bait and switch tactics."

"They advertised an airpot shuttle and I factored that into the cost of staying here. They DO NOT have a shuttle so factor another $15.00 if you are going to the airport. The place is decent and the free breakfast was nice. I just don't like false advertising."

"Be sure to book a room with a kitchenette. Full size fridge & microwave & stove top & dishwasher. The kitchen is separated from the bedroom with French doors that lock & a pull out sofa. Laundry on site & one of the rooms has its own washer/dryer. It’s like a small 2nd story apartment, 2 separate rooms, living room and a kitchenette with a 4 stool bar. Kitchen is not fully stocked but there is a goodwill across the street. NOW SERVING BREAKFAST Biscuits & gravy EVERY MORNING, 2 waffle makers, coffee, eggs & sausage or bacon, oatmeal, muffins, bread, bagels, toasters, cream cheese, Plenty of seating. The maid service is excellent. This is a older hotel that is in the middle of a facelift. All the employees are very kind & they go above & beyond for me every stay."

"Very disorganized. Unfortunately there was something wrong with our AC. We stayed in room the first night, but by 2nd day is was unbearable. They had us go into four other rooms before they finally found us a room that wasn't boiling in the already 100+ degree weather. Then the room we finally got moved into smelled like weed and seriously whoever was staying in upstairs room was running a marathon back and forth loudly at all hours of the night. All you heard over the tv was footsteps running from one side of room to other. Literally 3am and someone upstairs was running. Constantly for hours. I'm not sure what was going on with that. Lady at front desk was super rude when we went o extend our stay (which we had already done online) but then yelled at my spouse that we had to get out due to them being oversold. We had already prepaid night."
