"Airport in title but not even near PHX airport. Hotel experience sub par while charging $550 for 2 nights! Staff not friendly. Room service entered room without knocking barging in and not apologizing. Free breakfast super basic! Hotel dated and carpets old and moldy. Didn’t have ability or space apparently to store luggage for the day at checkout. Probably would avoid this hotel and Choice hotels as a result going forward."

"We picked this place because it was on a bus route to where we wanted to be in Scottsdale and we didn't want to bother with a car rental. It's an okay place. Bed and pillows were comfortable but furniture in room looked a bit used and carpet definitely needed replacement. Daily breakfast was passable. The kicker was when we were ready to leave and went to leave our luggage while we went somewhere where we COULD NOT take our luggage. We were told they had had a leak where they store the luggage and we could NOT leave our luggage. I practically pleaded with them to somehow accommodate us but they said they couldn't. I felt there should have been something they could do as we had come to this area for this particular event. We left bring very upset."

"This comfort inn is only located 6 miles from the airport. The hotel was remodeled about -6 years ago. The lobby and rooms are well maintained. Clean. I only stayed one night. I was in town for a seminar. I would recommend this hotel. The front desk agent that checked me in was friendly and helpful. His name was Alan. I informed him that the hotel was well maintained. Breakfast the next morning was well presented, organized and clean. See photos. The hotel is located across from a gentleman’s club, 420 outlet and less than a block away, an in and out burger and pho restaurant. I give a rating of 4.9."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was quiet and dark made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel any time recently, maybe ever! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area."

"Luis at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. I had an issue with the remote control and he was able to fix it in no time. My room was clean. The bed was comfortable. However, I could hear all the noises from the busy road. Also, water in the shower could be hotter. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Convenient location and price is hard to beat."
