"This was a last-minute overnight stay in the prime of spring training baseball. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A large pot of coffee ready in the lobby. Check-in and check-out were quick and painless! A great location in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale."

"ICK! Let me start by saying that the location, if you want to walk around Old Town, is awesome. Besides that this place is an absolute dump. We stayed for 3 nights and it cost us over $630. So maybe if I had paid $85/night, my views might be a bit more forgiving. The Room: The Cabinets were old and warped, the dresser drawers were broken and sat crooked, the kitchen floor was sticky, the pleather chairs were all cracked and peeling, I checked under the bed for lost items and wished I hadn't (crumbs, dust-bunnies and garbage), The bed looked clean, but we both kept rolling towards the sinking middle all night long and slept miserably with very sore backs, the sheets were like sleeping on burlap (oh, I did like the firm thin pillow). The Service: The women that checked me in was very nice and helpful. One seemed like she didn't love her job, and one was quite snarky. Two of the three nights our keys didn't work and we had to go to the lobby to get them reset. The second night the snarky women told me that she had locked us out on purpose because Expedia had not paid them. I told her that we didn't book through Expedia and told her I booked with USAA. It bothers me that she would keep me from entering the room that I had paid for at at 10:00 at night, so she could shame me for booking with a company that they are in contract with (and that I didn't actually book with). She said that she didn't have a credit card on file for me, even though I gave them one when I checked in. I gave her my card and then once again she told me that I shouldn't have booked through Expedia. Don't worry lady, I won't be back!"

"This hotel is perfectly located in Scottsdale and the service is amazing. Tevanna checked us in and was so wonderful! She was super friendly and made us feel really welcome. She was efficient and quickly went through the check-in process. She’s a great example of an amazing employee and we will return to this location because of her!"

"My stay here truly was great! The rooms are pretty nice and the heated pool was a great plus! The staff here are absolutely what made the stay so nice, they truly are the sweetest people and are there for the guest to their fullest abilities, it really shows! Overall would definitely recommend! The locations unbeatable too!"

"This hotel had terrible reviews, so my experience was better than expected. The hotel is somewhat old but general maintenance was OK, the room appeared clean, the staff was friendly, I was provided with everything I needed, and the location was perfect for me. The walls appeared to be well insulated for sound between rooms and from above and it was handy to have the kitchenette. The bed was softer than I prefer and I did - once in my four days - find 2 tiny baby cockroaches in the bathroom sink when I surprised them by turning on the light. My only complaint was that the housekeeper woke me from a deep sleep on my last day to ask if I was going to check out later that day. For the great low price, this hotel is worth it."
