"my Fiancé and i stayed here during the Waste Management Open/Super Bowl weekend and couldn’t of been happier. we often stay at higher end hotels but this place was everything anyone could want in a hotel at a fantastic rate! Ollie, at the front desk went out of his way to get the best rate he could find for our friends as well, when we told them they should be staying with us. Marissa, Ali and Frida were also friendly, cheerful and very accommodating every time we saw them. I’d stay here again anytime."
"I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. There are plenty of hotels in the area to choose from, I would avoid this one. The front desk is completely incompetent. We called to let them know we would be arriving a day late due to flight changes. Upon arrival they accused us of lying and saying that someone would arrive the day prior and our reservation had been cancelled. Miraculously the “manager” came out and said he had found a room. No apologies for the mistake on their part, he acted like he was doing us a favor? He then proceeded to give us a room that had very obviously not been cleaned! Hair in the shower, been not made, garbage in the cans. Upon showing him this he made us come look at other room to see if they were “ok for us”. Overall this was one of the worst experiences we have had at a Marriott brand. We travel for work and stay at hotels often even earning ambassadors status and this truly sticks out as one of the most disturbing stays. I would recommend avoiding at all costs."
"They charge $10 for parking but the parking lot is smaller than usual Springhill but it is now paved. The lobby is nicer but the attitude of the front desk was oddly unfriendly. The area around the hotel is a bit weird, passed by some auto shops and strip clubs. I picked it because it was a new hotel but didn't expect to have to pay for parking. Also despite it being a new hotel, someone already broke the panel under the sink (probably thinking it was a drawer) that almost fell on my bare foot"
"Very nice staff. Hotel is very clean and brand new. Smells good and fresh. The parking issue is addressed now. I didn’t have any problems. Abit surface asphalt is under construction but didn’t disturb me. Breakfast was fabulous too. Highly recommend it"
"I’m torn between whether this hotel is going through initial growing pains (it just opened weeks prior to my stay) or whether this is just a poor new property. Problems within the first 24 hours: the parking on pavement isn’t sufficient so you need to park in a dirt construction lot; the air conditioning unit is a wall unit that blows an insane amount of air and sounds like it’s many years old instead of a brand new unit or central AC; the shower randomly turned on and started leaking and spewing water in the middle of the night; housekeeping is only every 3 days unless you request it (which isn’t inherently bad but that wasn’t mentioned when we checked in); the complimentary breakfast was essentially completely out of food at 8:45am even though it goes until 9:30 (literally no eggs or potatoes or yogurt—only sausage left); and there is no safe in the room which is insane in 2023 when nearly every hotel has this feature to protect valuables. We redeemed points so weren’t financially upset about this stay, but if we had paid the regular nightly rate, we would’ve been asking for a partial refund. Good items: it’s a pretty nice lobby, a decently nice room and bed, and a pretty good fitness center. Still, can’t recommend in its current state unfortunately unless you also are redeeming points or paying a very low rate."
