"Our 2nd stay here. We love it. We go to watch baseball so just walk across the street and save parking fees and hassle of driving. The hot tub is great. Courtyard has rabbits and quail. Rooms are spacious and clean. Fridge and microwave. Nice sitting chair with ottoman. Tricia allowed us early check in so we could get to the game on time. That made all the difference for us. We put our luggage in the room then walked to the game. Outstanding service. We love to sit on the porch and relax."

"We had a great experience staying at Independence 47 recently. My daughter left some toys behind in the room and the staff were so gracious to find them and mail them back to us! If you have kids, we stayed here because of the proximity to the Great Wolf Lodge and waterpark. It is literally right across the street! Ample, free parking. We loved that our room opened right up to the courtyard and pool. The hotel is finishing up a remodel and will be awesome once it is done."

"The suites are huge. The rooms are somewhat dated, but they are clean! They will be doing a complete remodel soon. The grounds (pool, hot tub, large grassed area) are amazing. And what an awesome location in Scottsdale. The only downside is no breakfast, but coffee is provided 27/7. I have stayed at many Choice Hotels across the country and the staff here is the friendliest and most accommodating, by far. Highly recommended."

"Check in was nice, quick , and pleasant. The room was nice. The windows are only covered by a sheer sheet. I used a hanger to close the darker curtains . The bathroom is a whole different story. The TV likes to fuzz every five to ten minutes. The shower WOO! Talk about pressure. If you didn't scrub dirt off of you, the pressure from the shower will surely get the rest! Overall not bad but to disguise the old Days Inn as something new and upgraded is shady"

"Very surprised at how spacious the room was for the small price paid...open patio view of entire courtyard with walking path to heated outdoor pool. Very quiet for being across from Wolf Lodge. Could hear planes overhead from sky harbor but didn't pose a nuisance. Would definitely stay here again."
