"The Scott has been on my list of resorts to experience for a bit now. Got to stay there as part of a wedding party. Everything here is exceptional. Customer service is out of this world, food is amazing, and spaces are all so well maintained. My wife and I LOVED Natalie, one of the managers there. She, along with the entire staff, made our stay feel even more luxurious. Natalie made amazing food and drink recommendations for dinner, took time to give us some daytime activities in the area, and answered all of the questions that we had. The grounds themselves are gorgeous. Bushes and trees line the patios along the bottom floor creating nice privacy for morning coffee or drinks before bed. The pools are sparkling and clean, the bar area is to die for. Everywhere you walk within this resort boasts seating areas with umbrellas, fire pits, orchid trees, hammocks or swing chairs, all creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Thank you so much to Natalie and the staff at The Scott for making our stay so comfortable. Can't wait to come back"

"Ambiance was excellent. There's so many features that I really enjoyed. Sand beach pool, hot tub, fire pits, lounge chairs, anesthetic landscaping, quaint rooms. Just lovely. All kinds of nooks great for photos. Looking forward to another visit."

"A lovely, well maintained resort. I took one star off because the atmosphere of our room was stuffy and humid. To be fair, It's winter in Phoenix and air conditioning doesn't work when temperatures are below 70 degrees. However, I didn't feel comfortable leaving my patio door open at night because, I was on the ground floor, and there wasn't a screen door or a window I could use to keep cool, fresh air circulating. I did not feel my issue could be resolved in a two night stay and I did not report it for that reason. Perhaps my issue could have been resolved if Id given the staff the opportunity to rectify it. Otherwise, the room, amenities, and the grounds were all lovely. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful. The food was terrific and the beds are very comfortable. If I were to stay there again in the near future, I would book a room with a balcony."

"I haven’t stayed here but I live in the neighborhood. It's an excellent venue to meet up with friends. The foyer and bar area is very chic and trendy with beautiful plants, soft lighting, and thoughtful details. Lucy at the front desk was truly a pleasure to be around and provided great tips for the area, as I am relatively new to Old town Scottsdale. Will definitely keep coming back!"

"Lovely hotel, but no elevator to haul my heavy luggage. Make sure to ask for floor 1 if you don’t want to pay an usher to bring your luggage to your room. I almost broke my shoulder bringing it down because I didn’t have cash on hand to tip so I wasn’t going to ask for help. Rooms were a bit dated but bed was comfy and cleaned each day. Hotel food was delicious and atmosphere was serene and lovely."
