"The staff is absolutely amazing! I'm not going to name any names because every single person I've encountered is amazing. The entire front office staff, the management team, the entire security and the entire maintenance team has been absolutely wonderful to me. Any issue that I have had they take care of it swiftly. Follow the rules, respect your neighbors and take care of your financial responsibilities and you'll love this place. If you're having a rough day just go for a swim while your doing laundry. I've honestly had no issues that they haven't taken care of."

"I had cockroaches all over the room. It was hard for me to sleep with the light on. I told the front desk and they openly admitted they have a problem and won’t do anything about it. I asked for my refund. They denied me that. I had to cut my hair because roaches were in there. They were in my clothes, food, tub, sink… everywhere. They acknowledge all this and still rent out rooms. They ignore you or get defensive if you ask a question? The roaches bit my neck, chest, stomach. I hate this place. Ruined my whole time in Arizona. Half asleep all the time. Because you can’t close your eyes without not worrying about roaches."

"I'm currently staying at Budget Suites on an extended stay basis and have been pleasantly surprised! I'm comfortable in a small one bedroom apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are clean, the other residents are generally quiet and the whole place feels safe & secure. For me, the location is ideal. Right on the bus line and near the Light Rail, Budget Suites is convenient if you don't have a vehicle. Large grocery stores are only a few blocks away, Convenience stores, McDonald's, Whataburger, Taco Bell and the Post Office are within easy walking distance."
