DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Paradise Valley - Scottsdale 5401 North Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85250

"First problem- Booked a king room and received a full size bed and we booked months in advance. Second problem- they could not fix the first problem for our second night. Third problem- mold in room. Fourth problem- went to health club to workout and take a steam- first shower in health club had no soap so I moved to the next one and could get the water to work. Fifth problem- here for meetings until noon and they would not give us a 1 hour extension from our 11 am check out time. Sixth problem- why bother…..Many better places in Scottsdale. We are moving to a Marriott property. They care about customer satisfaction!"

"The outdoor areas are beautiful with flowers and lush landscaping. The room interiors have exposed wood beams and are spacious. There are lots of courtyards, sitting areas, and a nice pool. The food at the bar was good. I enjoyed the garlic toast club sandwich."

"Came to DoubleTree resort for an anniversary/Engagement stay. The woman working the evening shift on Sunday 03/10 was very welcoming. It was a bit of a maze to find our room but we loved the adventure as well as how calm the property was. I requested for a late check out for the morning after and all praises to Salvador who Granted us a Complimentary 1pm C/o . That was greatly appreciated :) Over all we enjoyed out stay"

"The rooms have been updated since we were last here. Very comfortable! Loved the plugs/USB on the bed frame. We travel with our dog and the grounds have beautiful grass. Because it is raining, we just ordered room service from the restaurant and the food was fantastic…best meal of the whole trip. Only improvement: the AC wasn’t quite cold enough for us."
