"I have NEVER written a bad review. Do not book here. This used to be an assisted care facility. The smell of urine is unbearable. We canceled with the front office before we even unpacked. They assured us we would receive a full refund. We have not received one after much try. The phone to the main office is now disconnected."

"NASTY. DO NOT STAY HERE. Pool looked radioactive, Reception smelled as they clean it with the bathroom mop. Carpet in the room sticky, toilet seat smaller than the toilet opening, toilet did not flushed. White spots in the sofa. DON'T Ever book this hotel. I wanted to run away. Worst hotel stay. Would give it 0 stars. No breakfast. I did not even knew there was a gym till I saw a charge on my credit card for GYM at the hotel."

"absolutely repulsive the first impression was good the exterior of the building is very nice however the inside is another story. Upon entering the room we were blasted with the odor of cigarettes and marijuana. The room did not feel clean in the slightest there were chunks of carpet missing along with large red stains. The beds were littered with stains and i dread what that room would look like under black light.When we attempted to use the safe as it doesn't seem to be in the best area we were told it does not work the shower was also non functional. overall i do not recommend this hotel in the slightest the only positive experience was with the young lady at the front desk i would rate the hotel lower but it seems one star is required to publish a review"
