"The concierge who checked me in saw that i had a food delivery arriving upon my greeting her. When I noticed the delivery didn’t contain any utensils, I asked if I could have a fork & knife for my steak. She said no, that the hotel didn’t provide that. She offered me a plastic fork and spoon (no knife), which I had to go around her desk to get myself. I’ve never met a hotel employee who cared less about helping her guests than this one. Would never stay here again because of her alone. Also the pillows were small, the shower head was leaking for the duration of my stay, and I could hear footsteps from the room above me and the room next to me."

"Hello, I stayed on turkey weekend for me, the room was clean, the tent was clean, the pool seemed good to me, the jacuzzi was very good, and the breakfast was not very clear, if I would need accommodation again, I would return to here 10 out of 10"

"Visiting a friend in town that stayed here; rooms seemed nice, clean & comfortable. PLUS, it's in a good area of Scottsdale w/plenty around. Now w/that said, only reason I'm giving 4-Stars instead, is because of the look & reaction/response I got from one of the ladies working there & folding linens in the hallway, just for asking a rather simple question..."

"The location of the property was convenient in Scottsdale and was quick access to Phoenix points of interest. The staff was friendly, efficient and attentive. The breakfast was excellent; the dining area spacious and attractive, the breakfast food was fine. The beds were comfortable, the room spacious and quiet. It was a clean and well kept venue."
