"If there was a negative 5 stars that would explain my experience better. I booked 3 rooms here for a business trip and asked about the cancellation policy and was instructed to just call back before the check in date to cancel my reservation. All 3 rooms were in my name and I called back several days before to cancel because our work site was to far from this location but they only canceled 1 room out of the 3. Their justification for this is they could only see 1 reservation in my name so they only cancelled 1 room. I tried to resolve this with my bank and guest relations but was only told this is their policy and when asked for proof via phone call recording they wouldn’t provide it but just gave me a fax number to their legal department and said that is the only further course of action they are willing to offer. If this is their business practice and how they want to treat customers, myself or my company will never do business with them again."

"I have been staying here for a while now and I love it. The staff is always welcoming and they always having things decorated for holidays. You can tell they care about their jobs and coworkers by the work that they put in. Dawn has always been helpful at making sure we receive packages or any mail that comes for us. Truly blessed to have to opportunity to stay long term at a place like this."

"Had the prices not been so jacked up at the time we booked and we knew about the hotel, we would've NEVER stayed here and paid extra for the Drury Inn and Suites instead. Rooms were outdated, kitchenette counter was damaged, electrical outlet near the bed was out of place and I didn't trust it, no place to sit and eat "breakfast", which was a basic muffin or instant oatmeal, which they kept behind their counter. Coffee was horrible, shower was weak, no fitness center... seriously? No amenities? And I paid $250 for this one night stay? Only thing going for it was its close proximity to the airport. Never go here!"

"Don't stay here. If this is your only option, just sleep in your car. Room smelled like someone held a campfire in there. It was so bad my throat and sinuses swelled shut overnight. I had a massive pounding headache in the morning. There was a blood stain on the fitted bed sheet. The carpet was wet. There was no ice machine or plastic water glasses. When I inquired about this, I was directed to a vending machine where I paid $2.50 for a small bottle of water. The shower sent out so little water that it took minutes just to wet my hair enough to apply shampoo; rinsing was a nightmare. As I walked down that hallway, I heard someone in one room discussing his alibi and someone in another room discussing his trial date. In the room next to mine, a dog barked incessantly. This seems to be less a hotel than a living space for under-housed individuals. Certainly, everyone deserves a place to stay. But, if you just want a decent hotel near the airport, this is not the place. Spare yourself and sleep in a gutter instead."
