"No hangers, no towels- "we don't supply hangers" (fine, went out and bought our own) "Did you want towels as your compensation for the dirty room?" (I don't think that word, compensation, means what you think it does) "Kitchenette" sink broken and constant STREAM of water. Red stains EVERYWHERE. Mold all over the tub and random frightening stain at the drain. No cover for the drain. Fridge was dented from top to bottom. Room was "cleaned" prior to arrival, yet we found someone else's charging cord on the counter, pennies and garbage on the floor and in clothes drawer. Lid to toilet tank not only broken, but not the correct one. If placed correctly, can't flush the toilet. The toilet SEAT was broken. Room smelled horribly of cigarette and pot smoke. Floors filthy, "queen" bed is a full sized dorm room bed with 2 sheets and 2 of the smallest, postage stamp sized pillows you've ever seen. Guy at the desk was the most least helpful person ever. Next morning Alicia assured me, as she wrote down in the COMMUNICATION notebook, that we would be moved into an acceptable room by 3pm. 3:30pm I had to go back down. Same unhelpful guy back. Acted like he never had a conversation with us the previous night, then claimed ignorance about us getting a new room, that there was no communication about it. I pointed directly to the "communication" notebook that Alicia wrote in, and I get an "Oh, I guess there is something there". Took another hour with the apparent manager looking for a room. Wanted to put us next-door to the pot smoker, so that all of our belongings could smell nasty and ruin them. Finally put us in a "renovated" room. Newer fridge and microwave, and the toilet wasn't broken. Still no towels, my slippers (thank god I brought some) are black on the soles, had to use Clorox wipes over EVERYTHING before we could unpack. I woke up multiple times, brushing roaches off me and my husband would try to kill what he saw, without upsetting me. Most disgusting place I have EVER stayed in and staff frankly didn't care. Every interaction was met with excuses. Not a single apology. Not a single effort to make it right. No taking personal or professional responsibility. Nothing. The only positive was the location. I also have videos of the rooms as well, but unfortunately too long to post."
"This hotel is a joke; first of all the hwy is right there no sound barrier, second it was so high priced( and no matter what they will give no discount. I asked for a double room, I ask for pillows and I asked for the pool(that was still down from when I was there on thanksgiving. If you want towels you have to go to the front desk. The floors were nasty, if you walk bare footed your foot turns black. Cockroaches in the bathroom, and they don't clean. But, worst of all I was barley moving in and was called on by the next room over for noise complaint, all I was doing was talking out side. Come to find out the the person in the room was a manager, w a camera right over her door way. Needless to say i was constantly being called on for stupid little stuff, until I was walking on egg shells and felt trapped, like I was in a rehab. Out side the entire walkways were straight nasty, gum, drink spill marks and black and discolored concrete, not just here and there but the whole of outside. This hotel was a total burn, and it doesn't matter if you didn't like something, you would be threatened, to be kicked out, even if you send someone else to do something at front desk, they would send messages that if you didn't listen you would be kick out. I was feed up and left. Like I'd go outside to smoke and they never would mind their own business, and would constantly tell you couldn't smoke in front of your room. Nasty hotel! I gave them a one star cause you have to or can't post. The furniture was all old, propped up by piece's of folded up paper. And when I moved my bed so I could be in front of TV, that's where the nasty was on the floor under bed. I was in room 169, the towels were gray and stove only cooked on high, and freezer didn't work to make ice."
"If you value yourself or have any level of self respect for yourself then you will steer as clear from this place as possible. Not only will half the amenities in your room not be working, but the rooms are filthy unlike anything ivevever seen. I stayed there for 2 weeks and days into my first week, the microwave stopped working, the fridge wasn’t getting cold anymore, and I had found some sort of mold in my cabinets which I didn’t use at all. The worst part is that when I brought these issues up to the front desk, they kept telling me that they put in a request for someone to come fix my issues but no one B showed up for the rest of my stay. Even after repeatedly telling them day after day. They simply do not give a damn about you or your needs. If you’re gonna spend 600 for a week in a studio, you’re better off sleeping in your car. The infestation of roaches is also sickening. I was scammed out of 1200 for amenities I didn’t even have access to and they refused to come fix the problem OR refund me. It’s the most pathetic place I’ve ever seen and again I hope nobody makes the mistake of staying here for even 1 second."
"My single star is for the cool dude working the desk. Nice guy. This hotel is disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Walked into bugs, dirt, peeling paint. There are people wandering the parking lot at all hours. Worst part is that I injured myself on the sharp bed post. It busted my knee badly and I know I’ll wake up to a bruise. I don’t think I’ll be sleeping tonight knowing there are people wandering around outside near my car. Bed is hard as a rock - old spring-loaded mattress that’s impossible to be comfortable on. Shower is filthy. Guess I’ll be sweaty and gross tomorrow because there’s no way I’m standing in that. I was scared to put my belongings on any of the surfaces. Worst hotel of my entire trip, by far. I appreciate that this is one of the cheaper hotels in Phoenix, but people - especially people who struggle to find stable housing - deserve better than this. As some reviews state, it’s worse than most homeless shelters. Honestly I would have rather slept in my car. Probably would have gotten more rest that way. Yuck."
"DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like disgusting rooms and pubic hair in your beds. Plus management seems to find ANY reason to keep your deposit. I’ve NEVER stayed in a worse and unsanitary place. Unhoused drug addicts EVERYWHERE including one who overdosed when I arrived at the front entrance. I will be calling anyone I can to get my money back and my deposit, considering I saw 20+ pets staying on property. Again DO NOT STAY HERE! See photos for details- poop stain on floor, nasty dirt floors, pubic hair and dirt in bed, counters with adhesive all over them. Smelled like someone dumped Lysol in all the drains but didn’t actually use it to mop the floor- absolutely nothing good to say. The ONLY reason I stayed was because I bring my own sheets and cleaned the place entirely when I got there. I barely stayed in room as spent time with family I was visiting."
