"The door lock was dead so couldn't open the door on our own and had to call the office every time. Some riff-raff hanging around the property and had a few people fighting all night next door to ours. The staff was awesome they helped make it as comfortable as possible for our 2-night stay. They are working on cleaning up the property so it's in a rough patch"

"This "hotel" seems like a place that was abandoned and taken over by crack heads. Absolutely disgusting. Mold. Bed bugs. Burnt furniture and toilet seat. No towels, front desk said they simply don't have any at all. People doing all the wrong drugs openly and slumped over their garbage filled shopping carts. Urinating outside. Fighting by the office. The blankets were visibly dirty. The door was nailed together and the card key barely worked. Smelled like cigarettes in the room. Cigarette butts in the sink drain. Sink leaked all over the floor non stop. Shower wad falling apart and tied together with a dirty rag, cracked, painted with the wrong paint. Leaking into the wall so it was soggy and moldy on the other side. The "front desk" was entirely I helpful and I honestly felt bad for her. Now I'm worried we may have brought bed bugs home and it is so stressful. I dont know how this place is still allowed to operate. It should be condemned"

"I paid for two nights got three different rooms because they all are trashed. Bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere. There is drug addicts and homeless everywhere in the parking lot. They haven’t even canceled my reservation they are refusing to give me a refund, then the top it off because I said this is a ran down hotel. The security guard came out chase me to my car, pulled a gun and maced me. I’m going to make sure this place gets shut down for good. I’m calling the news The corporate office. I’m doing everything I can to get this place shut down."

"I booked my room online, when I arrived, the staff was extremely rude! Manager was useless, as he didn't do anything to control a situation that had started with his staff member. They treat you like you expect to be treated at a bar! No disrespect to bartenders. They charged my card, even after I got denied a room. They never gave me a refund, my bank was unsuccessful too! I don't suggest anyone going there! It's full of unwanted people outside, to where you don't know if it's even safe. Don't stay here! Not worth it!!!"
