"Registered for insurance. Gave me a vision card with no group number/no id number. Told I would be fine with the card. Go to the optometrist. They ask where my group/id number is. Tell them that's just the card. Call MetLife. Get told that they can't find me in their system, but they took my money for the past 2 months. Have to file a chargeback against them now. Worst insurance company."

"Met life is garbage u take mine and my girlfriends money a week after we cancelled a week after!!! And you still take the money then we call and u guys at met life say ok its in the mail.. Nope no refund still.. Have called so many times to many lies from this company will tell u its this much once a month then charge u twice that why we cancelled and what still they take our money withouth giving it back ..
