"So our son was hit by a Nationwide Private Client member. Completely not any fault on him. She plowed into and destroyed his car. They are so very rude and non responsive. Ended up filing through our own insurance due to lack of communication. 6 days after accident he was completely still without a car. Thank goodness for Geico always being wonderful to us. Nationwide Private Client is horrible to deal with. And the customer service is terrible. No one should be rude to the completely not at fault person in an accident!!! Just wow!!!"

"They have about THE WORST BILLING SYSTEM I've ever had the displeasure of having to use. Before one year is over ... instead of bringing your account to a 0 balance ... they CO-MINGLE 2 billing years. They need to send out 2 separate bills ... one so you can see what's still owed on the current year ... and a second bill showing the total due on the following year. It's the most confusing - convoluted billing system I've ever had to deal with. And they don't care. It's that "CORPORATE GREED" I spoke with a supervisor who said that they choose what they spend monies on ... so that it helps their customers. This company makes SO much money ... lining there pockets. NO ... THEY'RE MORE CONCERNED WITH THEIR OWN POCKETS ... NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS. If they cared about making things better and simpler for their customers ... they'd do something about it. 2 Choices .. they're either too greedy ...or too lazy .. take your choice. I'm a business, systems, and numbers person ... and this system is UTTERLY LOUSY. And they "rationalize it" away with a sugar n spice (we do it to save money for our clients) smoke n mirror horse and pony show. They're unaccountable to it .... and definitely show a lack of transparency about it."

"Very happy overall with NWPrivate Client. My only dislike is that they are NOT Nationwide and so when we register a car... there is this headache attached to insurance verification. DMV says there is none, email agent, she emails NW Private Client, they finally verify... I have to check the DMV web page daily... but after the first go-around... it's a smooth process, just still a headache... each car (4 to date)"
