"I I went in to have my a/c checked and asked if I could get the complimentary alignment and the service guy i was working with (Billy) said yes that everything would be checked out, but after several hours, I went to check on my car and the only thing that had been done was that they had put freon in it and washed it. Billy said that cars always pull to the right and the alignment wasn't necessary but if it continued to bring the car back and it would be done. After waiting for hours, to me that was unsatisfactory."
