"The staff here is beyond helpful!! The battery in my 26' motorhome died in the storage lot and I was having a very hard time getting any help from AAA/my insurance plan for assistance. Melanie referred me to an excellent mobile mechanic (Matt) who jumped the old battery then Dan (I think!) installed a new battery when I made it back to AutoZone! They went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this location!"

"This is a good Auto Zone. Very friendly and helpful staff with useful advice who go above and beyond. I used to always change my own batteries, but about 4 years ago stopped by this Auto Zone (I live down the street) and they were so efficient and friendly, I've had them do it the last few times. Melanie is especially friendly, and even helped with some little shims to make my connections tighter on the battery ends."

"I frequent this Auto Zone for all my car needs but today the customer service I received from Patrick Bock was exceptionally great. As soon as I walked into the door he greeted me with a smile and asked what I needed. I told him I was having battery issues and while he was taking care of me, he greeted everyone walking in the door. He made sure everyone was being acknowledged and proceeded to tell other customers waiting in line that he or someone else would be right with them. This is the customer service every company is lacking now a days and to see Patrick going above and beyond made my day!!! He is an exemplary employee and definitely needs to be acknowledged for his great customer service and knowledge! He soon replaced my battery and gave me some tips on how to take care of my Honda! Please forward this to corporate so they can know what a great employee they have working at Auto Zone!!!"

"So helpful! They pretty much diagnosed my battery issue over the phone. Did a battery check while there and replaced my battery all within 10 min of being there. Super friendly and denied a tip saying they do it because they like to help people! Can’t recommend enough! Thank you Braden and Brian! Great team!!!"
