"After taking our 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the dealer all these years to have minor issues repaired, we had an issue with the horn. It wouldn't honk! I took it to the dealer and was told they couldn't get the parts. Based on the past review on Google, we decided to take our to Sun Devil Auto. They analyzed the problem, found the parts, and the issue with the horn was resolved. The technicians were professional and personable. They clearly explained the issue and the resolution. The service was efficient and the cost was honest and fair,"

"This is where I always took my car & have referred multiple people. Will no longer be a customer & will let everyone know the awful experience I had this morning. Jonathan was extremely disrespectful & rude this morning when I was asking questions about pricing & previous work done on my car. Proceeded to say to me - 'you keep adding on questions.' Well yes Jonathan it is your job to answer questions about my vehicle your place of work has worked on & is about to work on since you're the one working the front desk at this current time correct? Second time in less than a year my car is shaking when it breaks. Was replaced 5 or less months ago with an oil change done at this location. Carlos told me it was under warranty & did not charge me for said repairs. Carlos made no note of the break change Jonathan says. Seems like that would be an internal error made by your team & im unsure why me asking about said repairs caused Jonathan such a fuss this morning. Two weeks ago when I got my oil changed & asked them to look at the breaks Ben calls me & says you need new tires. I said I just got new tires at discount because my tires were never rotated on my last oil change AT THIS LOCATION! - which shredded them so thanks for that extra cost as well due to your shops negligence. So how could I need new tires? Ben's tone changed quickly & said it's the rotors you should just get the life of your rotors out even tho he knew the car was shaking when it breaks. l asked do I need to do the tires as well? He says no you should go back to discount you have nice tires get more of these when you need them. Great. Confusing. Drove car for two weeks shaking became intense when breaking. Called Saturday to book appt. Ben says it will be $375 WITH LABOR! I asked this morning will this be this price & am I able to apply this coupon & sent Jonathan into a tizzy with my questions about this. It's literally your job to answer my questions! Don't work the front desk if you're so bothered helping clients! Cancelled my appointment on the spot & walked out after the way Jonathan spoke to me for asking questions about MY VEHICLE. Never coming back to this location! Awful!"

"Very faulty service - would not trust this place for even routine maintenance. I came in for just an oil change, the plug was not tightened afterward which caused all of the oil to spill out of my car. I contacted sun devil auto and they refunded my oil change and offered to clean the bottom of the vehicle that was covered in oil. While I appreciate this, they made no mention of reimbursing me for the oil bought out of pocket to make my car drivable again. After several hours of fixing the oil issue myself, cleaning my parking spot, and going to the auto shop to buy more oil, I can’t recommend this place to anybody. This carelessness could have seriously damaged the car. Take your car to a more experienced place! see photos for proof :"

"A serious oversight from their mechanic jeopardize my safety and the safety of other drivers. I'm lucky that nothing happened and noticed it sooner rather than later - They forgot to put my spindle nut back on my right tire. Which keeps your wheel bearings safe and secure on your car. From the numerous people I talked to about this, they said I'm lucky nothing SERIOUS happened to me. My tire could've came off at any given moment. Sun Devil Auto calmed to reach out to me about it but have no missed calls or a voicemail after I went in for a standard oil change & tire rotation. It's sad to write this but the severity of the situation has compelled me to. I've been a customer for over 12 years, my family had been going there for longer. I no longer feel safe trusting this team due to such a serious oversight."
