"I just got a homeowner's policy though KW Specialty. The bill was due on Feb 23, which I paid on Feb 23. I then got two letters, both dated Feb 23. One, stating that my policy was cancelled for non payment and one stating that it was reinstated due to "consideration of your recent change or payment". In my experience, insurance companies that are incompetent at policy management and billing are also incompetent at paying claims. I'm changing to another company immediately."

"There's absolutely no way to get a hold of a human being at this company. Their menu is awful and no answers. When I first signed up, I got threatened with cancellation because my check was nowhere to be found. I signed up for auto pay and got yet another cancellation notice. I tried to call them three times to get ahold of a person instead of another menu option and that was impossible. Hate this!!!"

"We were paying 1700.00 a year for our home insurance with the previous home insurance company but we were canceled after never having filed a claim based solely on the fact that we are now designated as a fire zone. KW insurance charged us 4100.00 a year for the same coverage. After 6 months, we canceled because it was so expensive n had found a company who provided the same coverage or better for a lot less money. It has been a month and 10 days and we are still waiting for our refund since we paid coverage for an entire year . I called them several times and my broker called them as well. I can’t get anyone to call me back n my broker was told the check went out 10 days ago. I have never before had trouble getting my mail. This company has terrible customer service and if I could, I would give them a 0 rating."

"Trash insurance company you can pay for years then their answering service takes wrong info because lack of translation. They won't call you back because well they don't wanna pay but they'll gladly take your money from escrow. All you're doing is making the claim more expensive as time destroys more stuff!"
