"Today me and my sister were there and we were in the fitting room to try some clothes and the manager (I don't know her name, but when we said that we want to speak with a manager, she said: "I'm the only manager"), was so rude, she keep telling us that we don't suppose to have more than 4 clothes, and to move right now in a different cabin (nobody else were there to wait for the cabin to be ready), nobody told us before that we can't use that cabin or that we can't have more than 4 clothes at once, is no sign with this rules nowhere....we use to go there very often and spend a lot of money in that store, but definitely NOT anymore!!!!"

"Today we come with 5 different family members and we were all Christmas shopping and I understand we all come together but we are different family households shopping for Christmas and had 3 different members purchasing with 3 different payment methods and in the store we were completely separate doing our own purchases and in the end a cashier wearing a white dress was trying to force the three members to make the purchase together and saying we can't purchase separate even though it was three different households and three different payment methods. After we spoke with the manager and she was rude and giving attitude and even had the audacity to say “you could either purchase the things you have now, or you can go somewhere else” this was completely out of pocket as we have been coming here for years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars here. The fact that we were told we can go somewhere else when we have spent so much here and are three different households shopping and the fact that they say we have to do one purchase when we are using three different payment methods is ridiculous. We had good help from Edwin but the manager and the cashier were extremely rude and this out of hand based on how long we have been coming here to the point were some of the other employees are nice and remember us on consistency but to have an experience like today is totally hurtful, especially as a manager to tell us to go somewhere else is unprofessional."

"Yesterday I bought $340 of stuff. Gave $200 and was gonna pay rest on card. Cashier was nice enough to notice my military ID and said there was a discount which brought the bill down to just below $300, so I just gave another $100 bill. Next day I took 1 item back with tags on just to change size, nothing more. Unfortunately since I couldn't find receipt I was denied w/o proof of purchase. I've always shopped here but this left a very bad taste in my mouth about this place. Sad thing is the guy even remembered helping me. Sad management knows how to turn customers away from wanting to continue being a strong patriot of MK. Sad cuz they even see i purchased products in October. Some may say I'm a regular."

She signed me up for the account so I could get another extra $50 off on top of my $200 purchase which were already final sale and very great deal. Great purchase!!! I saved a lot."
