"Management needs to teach these young ladies what good customer service is. Their rude af. It’s always 3 or 4 people working in the store and only one person on the register, but all 4 girls are at the front talking to the girl working on the register. Makes no sense!! When asked if they will open another register they said no because they both on break. Not sure what kind of break that is"

"Went on Saturday 1/22/22 and was going to do a return to get the most rudeness manager named Maria so she says, yet she couldn’t even do a return the way it was supposed to be done instead offered a gift card instead of the original form of payment very unprofessional. Themusic was SO LOUD I couldn't stand to be in there any longer than 5 minutes. Literally why is the music so loud?? I got an immediate headache We couldn't hear each other speak without yelling."

"Yesterday during Black Friday I went to Charlotte Russe at Arrowhead Town Center in Arizona. I bought a few things on sale and we couldn't know if the size was right so we asked the return policy. The employee told us that there are no returns, but they can do exchange. We tried everything on after we came home and realized we would need to exchange most of the stuff, so we went back today, Saturday, and they said that they can't do exchanges today because they don't do exchanges on weekends. The manager also sayed that every employee telIs ever customer everything about the return policy requested them to do it and asked why they didn't tell us that when we were purchasing it and the store manager was being very mean about it. So I got very angry and put the clothes down hard. My daughter thought that maybe by Monday the sizes would be gone, so we went to ask if they can hold it till Monday. My daughter asked and the manager very meanly and with a lot of attitude said that I threw her merchandise and she won't hold it. My daughter said sorry and even asked many times , but she was very rudely saying no. I hope you can do something about the bad customer service . I will never go to that store ever again. They were all being do mean especially the store manager, please do something about this."
