I actually ended up buying a different style elsewhere but wanted to give a shout out for the awesome service! Thank you!"

"This is the one unfriendly Chico's! As many times as I have shopped at this location, I have yet to be greeted. Staff are far too busy chatting with each other than to assist customers. Today's visit was more of the same--customers are a mere inconvenience. As a 20+ year Chicos loyal customer, it is most disappointing."

"My friend and I went into this store this afternoon. She wanted to buy a nice outfit for a party. NO ONE asked if she needed any help. She finally went up towards the clerks. Two were just standing there as there was no one else in the store. The third appeared to be the manager. The manager finally said to the other two "Looks like THAT ONE needs help.". No one moved to help her even then. She left the store very angry and hurt. Who wants to be referred to as "That One"? No excuse for this despicable behavior."

"Only Chico’s store I’ve ever visited (been to ID, NC, SC, CA, AZ, NV) where I wasn’t greeted and asked if I needed assistance. One sales rep looked at me and smiled as I was leaving! I had a gift card to find something I loved, and NOT ONE person spoke to me despite only 3 other customers in the store. Will not return to this location."
